Girth Sizes? Posting for a friend :)

On average what size girth would you think a 15-15.2hh cobby type would wear?? My friend cannot measure the horse unfortunatly so its kinda like guess work!

How long is a piece of string? Depends on the saddle, confirmation and condition of horse surely. I would imagine anywhere between 46 and 54 - which doens't really answer your question well!

I agree with this, my 14.3 welshx TB needs a 40"

Agreed. The girth Kai came with was a 42''. He was recently in a 52'' elasticated one! It really does vary.

My sec d was in a 52 inch girth when I bought her

She is now in a 44 inch
