thanks so much everyone on here who gave me a virtual hug when i just seemed to be constantly poorly last year.
im pleased to report i cant remember when i last felt so fit and healthy and my immune system seems now to have picked itself up again
I also had my MRI results today after 12 months of having hip pain , a heavy feeling/weak leg, pain like tooth ache, tingling, skin crawling sensation and muscle twitching. It was getting me down and i was really scared as the GP didnt think it was classic sciatica and was doing lots of blood tests and mentioning things like MS. I was also worried i had an old injury from a fall. It has been so much better though since before christmas Anyway, the specialist today said its clear I have had a herniated lower disc but it has obviously now stabilised and is unlikely to cause me any more problems! He showed me on the scan where there was a crack which was irritating directly the sciatic nerve!! I feel so happy to know its really nothing and so grateful.
