    We have to sweep up behind us here.
    I like the nothing left outside rule we have, nothing on the floor outside the stables hanging over the doors.
    It belongs on the horse, inside or put away.

    So far so good thanks. He's already much more settled than he was at the previous yard, and we have now hacked out 4 times on our own without any major issues. Its a quite a bit more expensive than the old place but I get quite a bit more for the money. I noticed at the weekend that his tail is slowly going white (its normally poo brown) - he is obviously getting washed down when he is brought in. I asked about a physio and Hanna arranged it for me - lots of little things but its very nice. I haven't really got to know people yet - the hot weather and holidays means that nobody is on their normal routine....

    The real test will be when I take him out (in the lorry), but its so hot at the moment that is on hold...

    Sounds like it's a positive move. All yards are different, but it's worth spending a little more, if you are getting the care.
    A settled horse is always a plus for me. The horse spends its life at the yard in comparison to me.
