Heart breaking

Tomorrow at 2 field sharer's loan horse is being PTS.
She has cancer of her vulva and it has spread, vet thinks she may be responding to treatment which is chemo injected directly into the lump but finances and insurance has gone too high and she is suffering through it.
She is such a beautiful horse, she was on the RS yard for a few years so is known by and has been ridden by so many.
It just brings it home to me how prescious they are and what a huge, brave and ultimately kind decision they have made.

Is it a grey? Friends had a melonoma (sp) growing in the back passage area. Coupled with lami in all 4 feet, she had put down.
Sadly money doesn't always cure or offer quality of life.
