Horse box trauma

Can anyone give me any advice. Coming home from a show on sunday the 23rd November, My two horses fell over inside the horse box. One of them is fine just a few cuts and bruises, The other is a wreck! Her legs are extreamly swollen and although she is on her feet 90% of the time and is walking out sound(very slowly and carefully) I am looking for ways to cool down and bring down her legs. On vets advice she is currently receiveing 40mls Depocillin per day, 4 sachets of bute per day and has had a tetnus toxoid injection.
I have been appling animalinex poultices to the areas claer of the joints and she walks out in hand 10 mins twice a day and is cold hosed for an hour a day in total.
If anyone has any ideas please get in touch.

1 teaspn salt to a pint of water. bathe the legs after hosing. Helps to bring swelling down.

Thanks any ideas on how to bath a horses leg up to her elbows and above the hocks?????

Bathe not bath - use a sponge. I had a horse with cuts all over front legs ( no idea how ) his legs all swelled up & the salt water did help - osmosis I think.
