Hi, lovely to see you back :) I hope you're well now. A little update would be very nice. There's one on our yard almost identically coloured to your coloured roan/spotty, we have no idea what colour to call her. Love your ?buckskin too x

hello you and welcome back ! This is so very strange -just yesterday for some unknown reason you popped into my head and I realised I had not seen any updates from you since your horrible health diagnosis and your ongoing fight for recovery etc. So glad to see you back here hopefully fighting fit. I do not recall anything about your sons problems with autism but very glad to read you have found a decent school for him.

Now for the really important updates - how are you getting on riding wise and hopefully now have time to look after yourself and enjoy your horses. :)

Im taking things easier than Id of hoped as my ileostomy has caused me a fair few issues but the horses have kept me sane. Names of horses Dotty (grey roan spotted sabino) is our 12.2hh she is 8, the 14.1hh spotty is freckles and 16, the 14.2hh blue and white is Bluebell shes 10 and my daughter absolute pony of a lifetime, the 15.2hh Blue and white is Velvet hes 9( by willie the diddler) and our 15.2/3hh ish Dun welsh x arab is called Monty hes rising 4. Im currently awaiting a ileostomy reversal surgery, I was in riding club last year but Im not joining this year as I feel I will need a good few months off after surgery. My daughter has ocassionally rode Velvet in RC too, Ive found my illness hard but am now on 5 years of checks my bowel resection was 30th May 2018 and I had chemo/radio before then more chemo after, Im just very grateful to still be here. Hope everyone on here is ok xx

Welcome back :) all your horses are lovely but golly Monty is right up my alley, he is STUNNING! :)
I'm glad to hear things are looking up for you, and your son, finding the right school for kids with autism can be really make or break for them so it's great that he's enjoying it.

They are lovely and great levelers.
Welcome back, remember the name but not much else. Memory is rubbish though.

Im really lucky! They keep me sane:) Im now 2nd on the list for my ileostomy reversal, its been a bit of a nightmare and despite my best intentions Ive not done as much as I would of liked with the horses in the last 12 months. I had my son without a school for 7 months, not excluded but no school, as you can imagine that wasnt easy and we had to take the LA to tribunal, hes got a fantastic school now though and is thriving. We have another horse coming back from loan next Friday too so life is a bit hectic, but Ive suffered with anxiety since diagnosis and the horses help this massively, being around the horses makes things better, they are my security blanket, and my son struggles in busy enviroments but loves helping out at the stables x
