Please help me, my horse has amazing pottential and is a fab showjumper. I have only had him for 9 months and we have had some promising results however earlyer on this year he developed a habbit of napping out of random jumps like styles and mainly fillers he dosent usualy do it though so when he does it takes me by total surprize so is difficult to prevent it from happening. I have practiced no end at home over fillers which he is happy to jump however he still has his odd cheeky moments which wouldent bother me however now its destroying many wins...some have suggested spurs just to give him the extra incurigement he possibly needs or could it be me just now doubting his abbility to jump fillers? please help as we hope to affiliate early 2009 where we will be face with numourous fillers so need urgent advice to stop this problem before it possibly gets worse! thanks
