how much hay to give in winter

I'm not sure if this is going to be one of those how long is a piece of string questions but, how much hay would you feed in winter to a 15.1 hh light weight cob who would be stabled over night and is a good doer.
 
Depending on their weight I would give 1.5-2.5% of their body weight in hay per 24hrs - my two are both very good doers and have 1.5% hay so silver at 200kg has 3kg hay (dry weight) per day split into a few feeding times
