I need help on figuring out the height of my pony!!

By eye how tall would you say the pony below is? Im about 5'3/5'4 for reference. Im guessing shes between 13.3 and 14.1?
We also believe shes a connemara but we cant be sure since shes a rescue, any suggestions on breed would be helpful.

It’s impossible to tell from that picture, you’d need to stand her up square and measure from foot to wither, either with a tape or stick, if you don’t have a horse measure a regular tape measure will work.

She does look like a connie but I've no idea on height.

I agree with @Jessey , it's impossible to have even a wild guess from a ridden picture. You need to measure her as described, ideally with a stick, on level ground to get at least a rough height - you'll only get a reasonably accurate one if you have a proper measuring stick with spirit levels in.

Some vets have measuring sticks. Next time you have the vet out, ask him to bring the measuring stick.

Photos are deceptive and tbh, it is not easy to judge based on one fairly blurry photo of a pony being hoicked around a school in mud.

If you want a bit of an idea, a hand is 4inches. Get someone to hold a tape with you, floor to withers, divide the inches by 4. Not accurate to the cm, but an idea at least.
