Andi really surprised me last nite - for the good!!;);):):):D:D:D

We moved Sonny and Andi to across the street last nite.
It will be for a couple weeks or so til we get the stalls etc set up at the new house.
It works out great that its just across the street and she has in and outs.

It was raining when we left ugh torrential rain on the way but a decent lull in the rain when we got there.

We pulled in our own driveway and unloaded and walked over.

That HUNKY AWESOME PAINT saw us walking down the driveway called and came running to the fence.
i thought OMG whats
Andi going to do:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

I WAS SO PROUD OF HER !!! NO DRAMA !!!! NO BRATTYNESS!!!!

She stopped dead in her tracks and looked but thats it.
And continued to walk on nicely!!!

Her stall/in and out faces him and he called to her a bit and she called back once or twice
and then was snooping all around her area and went up to where she shares fence with Sonnys area
and was nosing with him.

Sonny went in his area breifly met the lovely leopard appy mare next to him she squealed at him
and he went over and rolled.

After we had dinner we went back over and both were nicely tucked in and happy and comfy.

I think this was totally the right choice especially for Andi to move them there for a couple of weeks
til we can get the goats are and their area set at our place.

I think if we had set up moved them and Andi would know that hunky boy was there but
not see him etc from our place she might have been a bit more bratty emotional, difficult to handle.

I was so proud of her!!!

I hope my husband gets the goats area set up in the next few days.

The trainer she has that comes on site she said is coming on Monday.
So i want to get there to see and meet her.
Jeff has been so good with
Andi but I'm not totally sure of his availability now It may be harder to get him at my new place so It can't hurt
to see how Andi and I would get along with that trainer as well.

Woo hoo now I CAN start to plan out my ring area and set out my cavaletti etc.

She also has a really nice 120X180 ring over there my ring wont be that big but it will
be a decent size approx 60x120 more than enough to open any page of my 101 exercises books
and and be able to work on the exercise!!!

Its all starting to come together in PARADISE.
It could take a few days or a week to get the goats area set up.
But then he can set up the horses area but not a mad rush because Virginia
is letting me board week to week til we are set.

One of the neighbors Stopped as he was passing by to welcome us to the neighborhood.
I think its going to.

I cant wait til the trail ride next week to meet lots of new people and learn the trails!!!

It felt so weird yesterday pulling the brushes out of the barn etc
I have grooming tools in the trailer that stay there and some in with my saddles in the house
I used out here when I rode but to pull the ones out of the BARN really felt so strange
and when I GO OUT THIS AM to feed the goats ITS GONNA FEEL REALLY STRANGE TO
NOT HAVE SONNY AND ANDI OUT THERE!!!
Virginia has a nice set up at her place and I'M SOOOOOOOOOO LUCKY she has
in and out situations over there!! and woo hoo right across the street!!!

She surprised me again .
I took Sonny across to my place to graze a bit while i was putting out ring corners and setting up cavaletti etc
OMG she carried on screaming and running in her paddock ugh.

So when I went to graze her I stayed outside her paddock - in case she got really bratty.
The hunky boy came galloping across his paddock to the fence I was prepared to be going in mini circles on her lead line.
thinking she was going to react big time and flip out== SHE DID NOT she looked at him and kept eating
HE SEEMS MUCH MORE INTERESTED IN HER THAN SHE IS IN HIM ******WOO HOO THIS IS A GOOD THING*************

Putting them there initially was totally the right choice especially for Andi to see him closer and acclimate to other horses being very close.
Here there are no other horses in the area.

I did not end up trying to ride I was waiting for the people to come finish the security system and it was really really windy.

The weather for the big trail ride this weekend looks to be decent yea!!!

I hope to ride in my ring over there today.:D:D
It looks like its shaping up to be a nice day.
Ugh loading car in stages a little at a time.
I will be glad to be shed of these STAIRS!!:(:(:(:mad::mad::mad:
I AM LIKING a raised ranch style house.
Off front door just a few steps up to the main house area or
a few steps down to the basement:):););):D:D:D.
Its going to be a lot easier on the knees for sure!;)
