I may have asked this before though i may not.
There is a lovely little campsite about 1hr30 mins away. In north yorkshire. Went there a few years ago and it was bliss. I want to do it again this summer if funds allow it. Just.to get away from city life and work and enjoy the lovely countryside. I was thinking possibly go on the friday like last time sleep friday night and saturday and return sunday evening.

However unless i can ask my friend and her son (son is 10) to come i might be going alone...
So If you was me and you couldnt get anyone to go with would you go alone?

Absolutely. I often go off and do stuff like this on my own. It's usually preferable to going with other people TBH

Yes I would go on my own as well and I think it sounds like bliss. But the chance would be a fine thing as I have kids who take up all my time.

I’d happily go alone. I’m surrounded by people all day at work so treasure any alone time I can get. Few and far between these days now I have children.
