Joey officially joined the family on Thursday :biggrin:

He's been foot-perfect and I know his trial was up until tomorrow but I've already fallen in love with him so took the risk of paying for him early.

Jack is back in the main field with him and because they've been fence-mates for ten days, it was all very quiet and civilised. Jack can't help the occasional lunge at him with flat ears and teeth-bared - he just has to assert his authority - but Joey just leaps out of the way and it's all a bit half-hearted, they're soon grazing side-by-side again....

(for the record, the bright pink headcollar is Sweetpea's not Joey's! lol)

Joey has taken every last bean from the bottom of my purse and I still need to replace Dom's hat after my friend so kindly pulverised it!!! But yes.... when I am brave enough to cope without Dom on foot beside me, we'll progress to him riding beside me.....
