Has anyone used one with their horses?
Is it easy to put on a bale?
Do the ties go at the top or on the base of the bale?
Does anyone use it with a silage bale or is it only for hay?

Not used these specifically, used to get big skip or fishing nets and they worked well to contain the hay and slow them down, we did also have a metal hay ring round it though, I wouldn't let rugged horses have one without that just in case they get chest buckles caught.
