long riding boots - help!

Hi there, im planning on buying a pair of long riding boots for showing and need your help!
i was planning on buying them on the internet as the saddlery shops near me are so expensive!
im 5ft 10 and a bit concerned that they wont be tall enough for my leg.... does anyone have any recommendations as to which make or size of boot might be suitable? and fellow 5ft 10 people, what length are your boots?? i have a size 7 shoe and a small/medium calf width.

sergio grasso boots. sister has them and loves them

I have Sergio Grasso boots too and love them, but they aren't cheap. You may find you need to pay a bit more to get a good fit though, as a general rule the cheaper boots come in a couple of widths and that's about it.

Go try the ones in the tack shops on for size, then keep an eye out on ebay.
