@Jane&Ziggy would these be worth a try? https://www.lemieuxproducts.com/horsewear/grooming-care/closeshave#selection.size=6703 I've used them to tidy beards and manes and should imagine they'd do ears too.
Good grief what an amazing invention! I should definitely have some for those days when his beard gets on my nerves. Won't scissors tidy that up?
I have some but never think to use them for trimming her.Can you get round ended scissors? That won't stab as badly? Am sure I read somewhere that they should be part of a first aid box for horses. I haven't got any mind. Maybe they wouldn't be accurate or sharp enough for beard trimming on that basis.
The Close Shaves are also cheaper on eBay unless you want to buy some breeches to cover the postage costHmmm, the breeches would make the Close Shaves a pricey option @Jane&Ziggy !
I was just about to suggest the same things. I have yellow ones by a different company and can’t remember the name for the life of me. I bought to try and tidy robins legs. He dosnt have feathers but the back of his legs get a little fluffy. Those are amazing. Just pulled them down a few times and they did such a good job and much better than me trying to use scissors.@Jane&Ziggy would these be worth a try? https://www.lemieuxproducts.com/horsewear/grooming-care/closeshave#selection.size=6703 I've used them to tidy beards and manes and should imagine they'd do ears too.
