More bad news

So after my friends beloved horse passing away yesterday now my wee Granny is sick and my uncles is in hospital with cancer :cry:

Someone tell me a good joke please :help:

Thanks my wee Granny is 95 and always been so healthy with a few things along the way of course but she has had a bad run of it lately and now is scared to be on her own at all bless her.

My uncle is 62 and says there is nothing they can do for him but my dad has yet to speak to the drs and see what the prognosis is.

Similar boat here I'm afraid, my dad had an op today on a lump in his lung (he had colon cancer about 4 years ago, this lung lump has been caught early)....my nan has also been diagnosed with colon cancer this week, she's undergoing tests tomorrow to see if it has spread... sad times all round

Fingers crossed for you all, stay hopeful, my mum had a very poor prognosis and got the all clear last year after 7 years fighting. I know we are very fortunate. Thinking of you both

Big hugs. My OH is currently fighting cancer too and has a very poor prognosis but he's not giving up. Stay strong and sending positive thoughts for your uncle.

So sorry to read all the bad news, for all of you. Try and stay positive and keep looking for a good outcome, no matter what the hospital/specialist prognosis might be. I shouldn't even be here, but I am, and up and running and firing on all cylinders. I think they muddled my notes up with someone else's.

Stay positive, I know it is very hard sometimes, but the negative outlook is only one person's opinion, prove them wrong. I delight in doing that each and every day.:biggrin:
