So today is the Big day!
Me and sox are moving from diy to full. First time i have ever done full!
Its 09:05 i have to tackle my lovely matts into the car. Then spend the whole morning playing tetris trying to get everything in the car!
Pics to follow.

I moved stables last week and dragging the mats from one to the other was such hard work. I did try to get them into a wheelbarrow but I couldn't lift them and then ended up covered in wee. I smelt absolutely dreadful by the time I had finished.

Good luck with moving day, I hope that you will be happy at your new yard.

The mats is the worst bit! I think you may also find yourself a bit lost and surplus to requirements with someone else doing the jobs for you. (I felt like this when I moved even though it was only small things that had changed) Stick with it - you will soon get used to it!

Well. it turns out I didn't give myself enough time. I was still tackleing matts at midday, my dad came to take down other things. We set of with sox at 14:15. We were walking at the start but considering we hadn't got very far in 45mins. I only had a hour to get to his new home before it was dark. There is a bypass connected by a roundabout and the last thing i wanted was to have to cross that in the dark! So sox wanted to trot, so we did. And canter at times. I only made him when we had to get passed traffic lights. Sox settled straight away into his new home, large foaling box. No cribbing. Very happy and settled. Yo messaged me last night to say he was ok when she did late night checks. I came down this afternoon thinking I would find him stressed as he wa the only one in. He was quite happy with the radio on lol!46519669_10160935569955167_8628530194619039744_n[1].jpg46703914_10160935571090167_783429561235800064_n[1].jpg46501454_10160935572555167_2726251502116012032_n[1].jpg
