Nasty nasty people out there

We manufacture products in the UK. We supplied a company for three years.

This week we have found out that they have copied our entire product range and marketing it.

They are x 10 our size.

Devastated.

Have worked at this business for 20 years and now it is finished.

possibly but whether we can afford it, just getting a legal letter written is £300 and if you go the full works to court £10-50K

You expect to get ripped off by the Chinese but not another UK based company who bought from you for 3-4 years and have just blatantly knocked off our products, I have their samples here, identical to ours

Sadly it seems some people will happily ruin others for their own gain.
