I saw an ad for a restraint that had a glassed in porch of wagons and carriages :p:p:p
Not that close but menu looked decent and we went.
We never go far away to eat out but this place carriages ohhh right up my alley.:)

It was a bit far but the place was amazing the carriages well lit even at nite (not so for the parking lot)
It was in continuous use as stage stop road house IMG_8765.JPGIMG_8762.JPGand lol brothel:eek::eek: since 1760.
LOL not sure when brothel stopped:rolleyes::rolleyes:..

The food was great and so was service etc a wonderful evening.

If food is good and not horribly expensive a place with carrriages and history is super.

Then we go to leave walk to parking lot and guy running back towards the door screaming
SOMEONE STOLE MY F IN TIRES:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

What????????
Is he for real????
Then we are walkging towards our truck and OMG not 15 feet from our truck a car on cement blocks
NO TIRESo_Oo_Oo_O

A crowd is gathering and maybe 25 ft the other way ANOTHER CAR ON BLOCKS NO TIRES..
Even the frame was bent from it being dropped onto the block-- how did the ALARM not go off????
IMG_8770.JPG
A bunch of employees come out the guy who owns the second car had locking wheels and his window was broken to break in to car to find the key to unlock the wheels.

This WAS NOT A BAD AREA AT ALL....

The thought of this very scary what if we or someone else had walked into this happening
would we have been shot or stabbed or hit with a tire iron?????:(:(:(

Going in we really did not take notice of how DARK that parking lot was and that there were NO LIGHTS
OK NO BIG SURPRISE I WAS TOTALLY FOCUSED ON THE WAGONS AND CARRIAGES:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

That was a big time learning lesson. and VERY SCARY.

That's awful! What a scary and terrible thing to have to experience and completely ruined an otherwise lovely evening I would imagine!

Lol we always joked too someone would look in and see how old our gps
was they would not take it.
We really keep all our vehicles til the end.
I had a '67 ,mustang convertible in high school omg I loved that car
everything since is just TRANSPORTATION.

A couple houses down on the other side of the street omg hes got resored '65 mustang and its
a convertible too :):):)

He does not drive it often he said hes been restoring it for YEARS
OMG my tongue hangs out when It goes past the house:p:p:p:p

The frame which was unibody not a real frame went on the mustang.

Weather and road salt are hard on vehicles up here.
