I've been stressing over selling Charlie for ages. He was bought as a family pony but is too sharp for the girls and is really too small for me. He can carry me easily enough but I keep kicking his elbows and my feet hang below his belly. I did think I'd keep him for the twins when they get a bit older (they are only 7 now). But they recently told me they 'liked horses but not enough to have their own'. So I finally decided to part ways with Mr C and get a horse the right size and right type for ME!
And I just have. Gulp. A friend told me about a friend of hers who had a 3 yo RID/ISH cross. I saw her today and it was love at first sight. She is GORGEOUS. Just like a posh, grown up version of my first ever pony (and equine love of my life). So my username will have to change to.....
