Gracie and I went to our first XC clinic at Lincomb yesterday. We didn't manage to get there last year and only did some local XC fences once. It was hosted by Abby, who schooled G for me last summer for a month. I'm so proud of G, she was keen but level-headed and mature. She remembered her techniques for the steps, water and ditches too. What surprised me though was that the jumps that we did 18 months ago seem so small now! We've not leapt up many inches.... but we definitely went larger yesterday.
