I was getting eBay notifications there yesterday 
G was in the next field/yard over and I could generally get signal in his field but not at their yard which is another 1/4 mile along (it was a long walk to his field)

Well I think the 7 acres and 2 acres is a no go, talked to a lady on G's yard and aparently the yard the other side (the 2 acre option) has been broken in to and had stuff stolen 4/5 times in the last year or so, which totally puts me off, I don't want to be looking over my shoulder all the time
