Pictures of you using a a caveson/lunge roller please

It has been a long time since I have lunged a horse as I share now and don't do this side of things. I used to always lunge from the bit and through the bridle. However, I will soon be using a caveson and roller. I haven't ever used these before and am unsure what to do with them really?

Any advise and pictures would be greatly appreciated.

TBH, I refuse to lunge in a cavesson and always use the bridle-I got sick of being towed round! Why do you have to use a cavesson?

Treat it like a bridle and switch rings for different reins if you must use one but I would try to persuade the owner that a bridle is safer!

I must admit i hate cavessons!! However they are designed to be used from the middle ring, the outer 2 are for gadgets. But if your used to a bridle why change??
