I think I forgot to take pictures of baby number 5, earlier in the week. Probably because it was raining and thick fog.
Well heres baby number 6. Didnt get to it till it was dark. You'll have to wait until daylight tomorrow to properly see its colour.

I think it was a little wet from all the rain yesterday but I dont think it was long born.

Yes and polled. Mummy is a first time calver and has a really nice friendly temperament. So I'm really happy, calf seems quiet too. It will go reder as it gets older but that's one of the lightest reds I've had born so looking forward to seeing what developes.

Two left to calve but I think both are a little way off.
The oldest calves are bombing it round the field now. It's so funny when they all run at once. Its magical seeing something only a few weeks old getting up very fast speeds.
