I hope you will all indulge me as everyone else is bored with pony stories!
Last week end was pony camp for Harvey and I at Lincomb Equestrian. Its slightly(!!) lower scaler than @kpnut's Its basicaly 3 days of 2 lessons a day and talking about horses, with stabling for the horses and food for the humans all included.
Friday started with flatwork (which I am particularly bad at). There were just 2 of us with the instructor Naoimi Underwood swapping between is. I have been having problems with balance on the left rein when trotting which we working on and pretty much got sorted out.
A bit of no stirrups work
Polework on Friday afternoon - I didn't expect to be able to canter over poles on a bend.
Saturday morning was gridwork which I don't seem to have any photos of
Saturday afternoon was XC technique where we basically did arena eventing, plus a go on the canter track to understand how fast we should be going
Sunday morning was XC
And finally in baking heat SJ
