Practice 'dress up' for our Christmas ride

I wanted to make sure Paddy would be happy to wear all the gubbins, tinsel etc for the ride and thought best to try in the safety of the arena first!

The jacket was deliberate, its part of my xmas outfit although I didnt buy it especially for it!! I have had it months lol!!

Got a santa hat coming for me and got some gold tinsel which I am going to plait into his tail :D

Might try and find some other stuff too!! :wavespin:
 
Oh how cute is he in all his get up. For the little time you've had him, I'm impressed you can pose in so many different positions that you have - he must be a good un Holly. Like MP, my boy would have been running for the hills and I've had him three years!!

Godo thinking on the practice run, but if he's wearing the stuff he probably can't see how ridiculous he looks (not really, he's very cute hehe). Just wondering how he'll react when he sees all the other horses dressed in similar get up!!

Haha! What he doesnt realise is he may yet have some jingle bells on too!!!

I wouldn't have ever done this on him until recently as I just didnt trust him and I don't think he did me either tbh........!!

He has shown a few signs recently that show me he trusts me and knows I won't hurt him :)

He is a goodun, well, I think so.....he isnt perfect but he isnt a bad egg either :) thank you xx
 
So is there an occasion for all this frivolity? Where are you? I want to come. (Old lady with cobs that can be dragged up the field any time and behave)

Everyone has commented on Paddy but I have to say, you do him proud and make such a lovely pair.

Don't take it the wrong way, I am not weird or anything (can't be to careful on the internet), well not much (I hope).

We have our Christmas ride on Sunday lol!

It's lovely getting such nice comments about him!!
