So my appy has pssm1 we bought her "non-symptomatic" but today after lunging and a 20 minute ride she tied up and was having an episode.. is there anything that would help reduce that?

When they start working more is often when it starts to show, I know keeping on a grain free diet, and turned out 24/7 can really help, and keeping exercise frequent and light and very very slowly building it up. It’s probably best to join one of the Facebook groups specifically for people dealing with pssm as it’s so complex and they’ll have much more info from across the spectrum. Good luck.
