Well the withdrawal has stopped and codeine seems to be out of my system thank goodness. Still having some days not feeling quite as well as I would like but have been taking the Tramadol and thats kicked in.
Start Physio TOMORROW, yeah....... so Physio Direct came up trumps after

Horses have had yet another unscheduled 'holiday' for a few weeks and hope to get them back into work starting tomorrow if I am not in too much discomfort after Physio and back to work next week xx
