I took Ruby to a local showing show today, and did everything I'd been told to with her turnout, so she looked as blingy as a welshie can. I entered her in Best Turned Out, Unplaited: 1st
Mountain and Moorland Ridden: 1st
Childs Pony: 3rd (they thought she was too big for a childs pony )
And then we had to go into a championship thingy because we'd won the M+M and we got the reserve .
I'm so happy! She was a little star the entire day, and absolutely loved having everyone watch her. She's got two little trophies and a big one, and I think that she likes winning because she tried to eat her third place rosette . No photos I'm afraid as it was all done indoors, and you could only see the ponies through a glass window, so the one photo Daddy took is really blurry (a black cream and green splodge in fact!). She's been given a lot of carrots and is now happily rolling in her field .
No showing shows for a while now though but we're taking her to a clear round jumping show next week .
