Hi I am sure this topics has been asked many times ...... I have a welsh sec a who is 6 yrs , i had a saddler come and measure up for a saddle and ended up buying one for £500 . My pony has hardly any withers , the saddle tends to slip to one side no matter how tight the girth is , can anyone recomend a saddle pad or girth that stops saddle slips please

Get one of those non-slip pads that saddlers sell - my saddle also slips despite being professionally fitted and having the girths tight enough - a non-slip pad makes a huge difference. It looks like a square piece of lightweight honey-comb rubber - it's not one of those non-slip saddle cloths and only costs about a fiver or so. I got it from Rideaway but can't find it on their website. Might be worth giving them a ring.
