sensitive nose

hi does any one have any ideas on how to relieve my ponies itchy nose. He seems to suffer mostly at this time of year. When trying to school he is more interested in running his nose along the fence or on his legs i have tried to ride him through it and have been told to ignore and kick him on but would be happier to find him some sort of relief. He has a white nose which requires sun block in the summer.

Do you know if it is pollen related - like our hayfever.

I get hayfever and if someone wouldnt allow me to rub and blow my nose I wouldnt be too pleased - so good on you for wanting to sort it properly !!

You could try one of those nose net things (could make one cheaper than buying one)- they seemed to work on a couple of ponies who were very sensitive to pollen and used to head shake and rub their noses throughout the summer months!
