Shambolic vets continued.

Yesterday from my old vets I received a bill trying to overcharge me £1350 for ales flu jab and a few bute. I'm sure it was an honest mistake though so had a laugh with the receptionist, no harm done.

Today I ring the new vets asking where my bute is, I received the bill for it yesterday. They are sending it to my yard owners house tomorrow, which is annoying. Why couldn't they send it to my address and a week late there is not alot of point in me having it really. I'm tempted to refuse to pay, at least the £10 delivery charge!!!

God Ale!! I thought my p&p was bad at £4.50 for 3 sedatives! I would have also have had a laugh but would still question how they could make an error like that. Why send it to the yard owners house? And why an earth is it a week late!?

The bill arriving before the meds have even been sent out would REALLY annoy me: shows where there priorities are!

I didn't know you could get things delivered.
I can get things sent to the local office, but I collect.

Yeah I think I'd be having a word considering they are quick to bill you but not to give you what they are billing for
