Hello fellow Horsey people!! There is a colt that I'm interested in, but first I'll need your help... He is a friesan stallion, 3 years old and currently measures 160 cm (15.2hh) his dam and sire's size isn't given... I know that friesans usually grow untill 8years of age. Do any of you have a clue on how big he'll be when he is fully matured...?

There's no way to really know without more information, but I'd say (regardless of breed) most have most of their height by 3 years old. You might get another couple of inches, you might not but I wouldn't be expecting him to hit 17hh or anything like that.
