Okay without getting too soppy or annoying...
My amazing haffy badly injured his check ligament as a lot of you probably know on boxing day last year. I cold hosed for 8 weeks, he was on box rest for 4 months and field rest for another 4. He then came back into work 4 months ago and I honestly cannot fault him.
He has his quirks but he has been amazingly good hacking out again, both on his own and in company and his school work is slowly getting there, he really does try his best (esp
with my bad riding)
I'm just soooo happy to be able to ride him again, he seems really happy in himself at the moment too. The vets could never really say if he would recover but he has done better than I ever could of hoped.
He is my world and has a home for life with me no matter what, but at the moment we are taking each day as it comes and I am trying to work him most days to keep him building back up over winter. Sorry for going on, here are some pics from today
