I have just found a localish Rider Pilates teacher who is also getting into Rider Bio-mechanics, 2 things I've been itching to try, she sounds really nice and got into it herself after back problems so hopefully she will understand me a bit. She is going to come out to work with Jess and I in the new year

That sounds good. I have got loads of biomechanical problems following an accident a few years ago. I could do with some work in this area too.
