Surcingles have a nasty bite

Ouch :( my friend was hit in the eye with one a few years back - ended up with a black - eye, did her lip another time too :-/
 
Oops! Never done it with a surcingle but have lost count of how many times my hand's slipped whilst struggling with a girth and I've clonked myself in the eye :rolleyes: It's always the innocent-looking objects you need to worry about! As for the clip - we've all been there :p

Yes, I gave myself a black eye and a cut ( scar still to show!) by hitting myself in the head with a corkscrew !

Luckily the clunk on the head looked worse than it was, I just have a small cut to show for it today. I was slightly worried (and a little bit hopeful) that I would wake up with a black eye this morning!

I've managed to rent a pair of clippers so I'll hopefully get Kev tidied up next week, think I might just whizz it all off, make the most of if if I'm having to pay for the clippers!

As for the boy, yes a tosser....but a handsome, kind, funny tosser. Damn him!
