Today I lost my best friend, my confidante, the other half of my soul. Today I lost an anchor and a safe harbour, I lost my secret keeper and the one soul who never judged me nor let my mental illness colour our relationship. Today I said goodbye to you Kiarone. There will never be another you but I will take everything you have taught me forwards and once the tears have dried I will use your memories to rebuild what this day has broken. You were ready for your wings. Fly and gallop and remind me you are there in the beautiful sun rises. I love you x
