If you check on your chassis plate on the car it will tell you the braked and unbraked towing capacity, your V5 should also tell you your tow weights (though occasionally it doesn't). Using a website will likely only tell you the most likely towing capacity for the model of car and there are often cross over years etc. and the capacity can vary wildly between them. If it asks for your reg or chassis number it should be ok tho.
