Training horses for the movies - Ben-Hur

I found this vid the other day of Glen Randall, the top Hollywood horse trainer (he also trained all of Roy Rogers' Triggers) developing Ben-Hur's beautiful grey chariot team for the race scenes in ancient Rome.

The tricks and stunts are very impressive but I was most taken by the way the team all step sideways in synch for the photographers!

Beautiful. Is That the music from "Gladiator" ? Sounds like it - if so, appropriate.

I think so. Don't know why they didn't use the original music! They are just stunning horses.
