Anyone overseas know if this can still be obtained as has been discontinued in UK. It is for wounds and vet reckoned would now be the best thing for Sapphire's wound which still is not healed.

It isn't available here in the states that I am aware of but I haven't really looked. I bought mine from Switzerland several years ago when I had a horse that didn't respond to anything else.

Sufrexal gel for humans (leg ulcers I think) has the same active ingredient plus some local anaesthetic. You could ask your vet if that would work?
