tweed jacket (green or brown is better than blue)
beige jods/breeches and long black boots
shirt and tie
navy velvet hat with leather harness
gloves and cane :)

what tack does he have at the moment?

have you got a/several :p picture(s) of him :D

We currently have a black velet hat with beige straps

and

black tack.

Not a good start
I will get some pics. He would be a light weight hunter though

black will be ok (depends what shows) dont worry, black tack is fine- what bit does he use, what saddle cut? (dressage/GP/jumping etc) :D

what level are you aiming for?

it is a gp saddle and a french loose ring snaffle or pelham with double reins. We are currently sj about 1.20 and just want a change I think county level but it depends if I enjoy it as showing scares me.... Thanks for the help

When i did workers on my friends horse we used a double bridle and show saddle, bloody awful to jump in them things lol! But anyway, i wore tweed jacket, beigejods, black long boots, shiirt and tie and a wastecoat + a hairnet ofcourse! Here we are...

Good luck! :)

Just thought i'd mention that those pics are from our first ever working hunter and he gets really wound up jumping that's why he looks so tense and awful, was fighting him a lot that day! Silly boy!
