WHAT IS RESPONSIBLE BORROWING?

A good rule of thumb when it comes to rebuilding your credit is to not use more than 15% of your available credit and preferably between 5% and 10%. So if your credit limit is $500, spend between $25 and $50 a month on your card and pay it off in FULL every month.

You score your credit based on how you use the credit you have available to you. You will harm your credit score if you are continuously maxing out your credit limit or only repaying the minimum amount. Your credit rating will improve quickly if you prove that you're a responsible borrower.

Why on earth do you think you need to post this here? did anyone ask you for advise on financial borrowing, no! you are clearly not who you have made out to be.

It sounds like a sales pitch. You seem to keep posting things just so you can come back and answer it yourself, which was already pointed out to you, now you're not even entering into conversation, just giving unsolicited advise, I suppose at least it saves people wasting time answering your fake questions.

This post has been reported, so thank you to the members who did. I'm not deleting it since people have responded to it, and I'm not - yet -banning the poster but I will be watching them very closely.

Sharing some knowledge is not wrong,

Here's some useful and relevant knowledge for you - this is a forum for horse lovers who want to talk about horses and share our experiences with them. If you want to share your supposed knowledge on things such as credit scores and hiking then I would suggest doing it on forums where that's what people are interested in.

At the moment you remind me of this saying "knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad" and right now I would be checking any fruit salad you made!

I kind of agree about banning. This person has posted some very off subjects since joining the forum. However, some off topics about pets and weather etc are permitted on the forum.
Therefore i am not going to ask for them to be banned YET.
Perhaps the poster would like to create a thread about THEIR horse experiences, ownership, or riding so we can get to know them a little more.

I have sent him a warning saying that I will be watching his posts and any more posts that are time wasting or look like advertising will result in a ban.
