What makes a yard 'Posh'

At least 23 or 24.
Im not sure how worn they are but in the last year one of his front teeth which stuck out a little for many years has really started to come forward more. Vet said it wasnt loose so wasnt concerned but if it did start becoming loose then obviously we might have to take action. My concern is that if its moved that much in just a year it could become loose just as quick. What else is going on in that mouth.

Hmm, yes interesting. What did the vet think about his other teeth? I remember Joe losing quite a few teeth and he was not old really at all at 18. Vet told me it was down to what he was fed before we got him. (He was a tb and might have raced so maybe fed lots of hard feed or the wrong type???)
 
@chunky monkey I think a problem, or potential problem, that you can see makes the test redundant. It sounds like you're keeping a close eye on what's happening so try not to worry too much, and I'm sure routine dental work would have picked up any problems elsewhere.
