Doing little things now can make such a difference to how hard the slog feels once the dark comes

Yes it doesn't seem half as bad if you are at least well lit. I'm getting the electrician to come later this week all being well to do the light on the side of the garage.

Down the side of the school is where all rainwater collects in puddles slowly seeping into the school so we have a boggy bit.

Fed up, I phoned a digger driver who came around and dug a perfect (to be tested when it next rains, like now) drain taking the water away to flow away into a small pond further away.

And, while I have said digger, I ordered 18 tonnes of sand which will be delivered tomorrow. It will be spread tomorrow night in the school and then the annoying bits will all go away!

Yay!

Off to sell a kidney to pay for all this, though. xx
