I did earlier - its gusty and stormy around here - there were some dark rain clouds threatening so I was quickly tacked up and out, but Flip is fine in the wind 90% of the time. I would be able to tell instantly upon getting to the field if he was too high to ride. There was alot of noise going on behind our field with some building work which along with the wind could have set him off, but Flipo was a wee saint.......if you don't count the fact that when I get him trotting these days, he doesn't want to stop, or just wants to bomb off into canter.
ETA - the only issue I have with the wind, is Flipo's mane and forelock. Trying to pin it all down is a bloody nightmare.
