Hello all.......
I'm helping out a friend at the weekend at a ODE, and need to get a ten minute box together for her.........
I help out a lot at these kinds of things but there's not usually a roads & tracks element so the ten minute box isn't necessary. So....
could anyone give me a list of what I should get together? I'm thinking spare studs and spanner etc, plenty of water, sweat scraper, lucozade........
what else??
