That's exciting! I saw one once, it was just like a streak of light shooting across the sky. It was brief but awesome šŸ˜Ž

Iā€™ve seen lots of ā€˜shooting starsā€™ at high level but this was only a couple of hundred feet up (coming down)

Spring...will we keep it for more than one day?!

Boys all moved to their spring field though, they were delighted to have some fresh grass. The rest of this week might be interesting riding!

It really did feel like a spring day today. Yesterday we woke up to snow, this morning was frost.

I have made the most of it. Accomplished loads. My step count says 33,203. Ive walked nearly 15 miles. Not to mention the physical lifting ive done.

Robins buddy was out clean boot hunting today and the TV cameras were there. Robin was desperate for an update when buddy got home ā™„ļø

There's a reason he's called Monkey, and he lived up to it last night šŸ¤¬ I caught him red handed at the hay shed this morning, where he had reached under and dragged out this mornings hay and scoffed the lot, and was most of the way through tonight's hay too! The air was blue! Jess was wisely stood down the bottom of the field enjoying the morning sunshine, and although I have no doubt she will have helped him overnight, I am 100% sure it wasn't her that dragged it out in the first place, she just doesn't do things like that!

Grass has been growing steadily here - Hogan has only a few feet left in the paddock. He's getting about 20ft square a day atm.20240304_100235.jpg

Poor Harrison, over the weekend, his eye was all gunky, so when Millie was at the vet today for her jab, got it looked at. He has a tumour on the right eye, close to where tear ducts are.

Oh no, it's just never ending! Poor boy, I hope they can help him.
It's another visit to hospital 1 1/2 hours away, stay around all day if he has surgery waiting to bring him home. Just trying to figure out how to do it with OH having surgery Monday - goes in 0730am so another early rise for me - and when he will be out and how he will be and how much more i have to do with him and doing all the paperwork, shopping, cooking he does
