I have been riding for about 2 and 1/2 years now and I only ride once a week. I don't get sore or anything, but are there any exercieses that would help. I jog some and walk a lot, with my dog. What do you do to help you?
swimming is meant to be good, and is great for suppleness!
have you ever done the exercises off of a horse like walking up stairs trying to keep your heels down etc!!!!
It builds up the stamina, improves your balence and toughens up your ehh - resistance to the saddle shall we say. Not to mentioned being the second best way to get out and enjoy the countryside. (Second to hacking out of course!)
I definately need to get out on that bike some more.
