I have been trying to learn about this maker and saddle. I believe it's a 14.5" Gaited Paso Fino Saddle. Saddle is stamped all over: 'Edvaldo Sousa - Jequie, BA - AV. PR. Goularti'. I can't find any info on him anywhere online. If anyone knows anything please let me know. The saddle is stunningly beautiful and very well made. The lining is similar to a Tucker, same feel but it's actual Air Pockets!! So neat, you can push on them, up and down. The matching front and rear cinch are leather as well which I believe some people do still ride with leather front girths. The breast collar matches too, also stamped by maker, can tell it's hand made. If anyone know anything about it or maker, please let me know. I can't upload pics but have a ton if anyone wants to contact me.

Just did a bit of googling, it appears the saddle may be Brazilian, and similar to the saddles used on the Mangalara Marchador horses.
