☆ Treeless Saddle Pad!

Hey, recently joined this site to try and get some help from you lovely riders!

My uncle was given a treeless saddle that he uses for his Cob mare Dealer, but the Numnah that came with it is not in very good condition and could do with a new one! The only problem is it has special padding underneath so would he need another special pad!? I was told i could use any Numnah underneath but wanted to make sure as not to hurt Dealers back.

Only used for short hacks, no jumping, dressage anything like that!

Hes not sure what make the Saddle is either as it was given to him, ive tried to find out but i have no idea

I can't see the pic either.
My basic understanding is you need a special treeless pad under any treeless saddle as it does the job of the bars, perhaps there are some out there now where that isn't the case though, sorry not much help.
